Lady in Red

I realise I totally neglect my blog.  Computer technology is overtaking me and I seem to spend less time painting and more time trying to work out how to use all this techno stuff.
But to keep the link in cyberspace (or the clouds or wherever it is!), I thought I better put some work up.

See......masterpiece! That is a fabulous piece of work, such a purposeful stride, she is all of a doodah about something.

A beautiful painting Liz! Love your shadow work and wonderful colors. You have been missed! We all get so involved with all the technology out there. I am typing with my left hand because I have carpal tunnel and I have so much pain in the hand! Too much computer!! Lol. Hope to see more of your paintings...

Ha! Seems like you and I are in the same boat. I LOVE your paintings. They are wonderful!

I need to drop by more often! Somehow the "cloud" seems to suck up a lot of time.... not necessarily a good thing.... just different.

Hi All, thanks for not forgetting me. I also have a new Apple Mac to contend with but hopefully I won't get so many bugs in this as I did with the PC. But it's yet another thing to learn! Sorry about your carpal tunnel Hilda. Not nice. And Marian, this cloud is yet another aspect - I think I'll start writing letters again!

The reference for Lady in Red was taken during a sketching course (hi Anthony) which I loved. She was swishing along walking towards us and that red dress plus the lovely shadows and sunshine was great. A painting waiting to happen. Thanks Sharon. And thank you too Carol and Art Traveller. Bless you Lily and Edward.
